We are a pet-friendly community and accept Cats and Dogs (Breed Restrictions Apply).

How many pets may I have?

We allow 2 pets per apartment home.

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

Non-refundable deposit $150 per pet
Refundable deposit $250 per pet
Each pet requires pet rent as follows: Cat rent is $30/month, Dog rent is $50/month, and Dog rent for dogs 75 lbs+ is $75/month.

What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

We require a Government Issued I.D. in order to tour. Also, please make sure to bring a Check Book or Credit Card to secure your new home!

What are your fees and monthly charges?


What are the income and credit qualifications?

We require 33% Rent to Income and Credit Screening is completed.

What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?

The following items can be provided as "proof of income": Pay Stubs, Verification of Income through Employer, Bank Statements.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Yes, based on move-out charges.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

Yes, management approval, 60-day notice and payment of lease abandonment fee.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Yes, based on management approval.

What utilities are included in my lease?

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

How long is the term of the lease?

We offer 3-12 month leases at The Burlington.

Do you accept leases for short terms?

Yes, management approval.

Am I required to have renter’s insurance?

Yes, we require a minimum $50,000 in personal liability.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Yes, through a third party provider.

Do you offer corporate apartments?

Yes, same rental qualifications apply.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

The Burlington offers 24-hour emergency maintenance and you are more than welcome to submit a work order through the website, via the portal, or call or email the office.

When is my rent payment due?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Late charges start after the 4th.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Yes, through the online payment portal.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

You have the option of dropping off your rent payment in our rent drop box in the leasing office.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Up to 14 consecutive days but no more than 30 days within a year.

Do you have reserved parking?

Assigned underground parking available.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

Throughout the community and underground parking.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

All occupants are required to be listed on the lease.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

Yes per FCC guidelines and within the lease contracts stipulations to exterior upgrades.

Do you have cable services?

Cable is available but not provided by ownership.

Does the property have a fitness center?

Yes, we have a fitness center in every building.

Does the property have a swimming pool?

Yes, we offer a beautiful outdoor pool with sundeck.

Does the property offer on-site recycling?

Yes, we do offer on-site recycling.

Are gas grills permitted at your property?

We do not allow gas grills at the property. At The Burlington, we do offer several grilling stations throughout the property for you to use.

Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

Yes, we do offer additional storage for you to utilize.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

Yes, but the resident is required to paint back to original color before move-out.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Yes, we offer package service and you can pick up your package in the front office.
